Walking Taco
A taco recipe that people will talk about. Corn chips are topped with CHEF-MATE® Chili Con Carne with Beans, shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, pickled jalapenos and red onion.
Ingredients

Corn chips -- 1 oz

Chef-mate Chili Con Carne with Beans, warmed -- ½ cup

Lettuce, iceberg, shredded -- 2 Tbsp

Guacamole, prepared -- 1 Tbsp

Pico de Gallo, prepared -- 1 Tbsp

Sour cream -- 1 Tbsp

Cheese, cheddar, shredded -- 1 Tbsp

Jalapenos, sliced, pickled -- 1 Tbsp
Preparation

1Open bag of corn chips and fold opening over 2 inches to allow room for toppings.

2Pour warmed chili over corn chips.

3Place lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese on top of chili. Garnish with pickled jalapeno

4Eat walking taco with a spoon, getting all fillings in each bite.
Note:
Customize the base chips/toppings however you like. Try cheese or ranch flavored corn chips, Chef-mate Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce, different salsas, or pickled red onion.
